Jasmine is a hardworking epitome of a responsible decent girl. Emotionally attached to the memories of her late Father, Richard to whom she made a deathbed promise. She soon comes under pressure to break her vow to her Father, torn between her personal desires and keeping her vows...she is forced to face her Rubicon.

The Rubicon is a story of perseverance in the face of external pressure and inner conflict. It shows the battle that wages within an individual  seeking to do what is right yet pulled apart and tossed about by those driving forces and overwhelming desires. We all have internal conflicts from time to time but it is how we face these issues with patience, strength and positivity that determine the end happiness. The Rubicon is a story of strength and eventual peace in a raging world.
